Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We offer a free 15-30 minute consultation to discuss your project, understand your needs, and determine whether we're a good fit. Just select "Free Consultation" in the service dropdown above.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfers (SEPA, SWIFT), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). For larger projects, a payment plan against agreed milestones is available on request.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — we work with clients worldwide. All communication can be handled by email or video call (Zoom, Google Meet), and we schedule calls to suit your time zone rather than ours, so distance is rarely an obstacle.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
On our fixed-price website packages, one or two rounds of changes are included depending on the package, three on larger projects; anything beyond that is quoted before we do it. You approve the finished work before it goes live, and on the three simple website packages you pay only when you approve it.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. All projects include 30 days of free support after delivery. After that, ongoing help — updates, monitoring, small changes — is available and quoted on request.
