Most sites launch 2–4 weeks from the go-ahead. Two things move that date more than anything we do: how quickly your content arrives (text, images, logo), and how many rounds of changes you want along the way.

Larger builds and custom web applications take longer. Either way you get a date in the written quote before work starts — not a vague "soon".

All of it. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the source code is handed over at the end.

We build with standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP — no proprietary page builder — so any developer can pick the site up later. Nothing is held back to keep you as a customer.

Yes. Clean-up is only half of it — the part that matters is finding how they got in and closing that door, otherwise the same thing happens again a month later.

• We agree a time that suits you
• You install a remote access tool — we walk you through it

Our practice is Linux (Ubuntu, Linux Mint) and Windows (8, 10, 11). We don't take on macOS support — we would rather refer you to someone who does it daily than learn on your time.
